About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Team Leader to join our Family Assessment Centre in Barnsley.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality support services to families experiencing complex difficulties
  • Developing and implementing personalized plans to promote family stability and well-being
  • Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children and vulnerable adults
  • Fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in a social care setting, with a focus on supporting vulnerable populations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
