Job Description- Placement Coordination: Coordinate placement arrangements with social workers, foster care providers, residential homes, and other service providers to identify and arrange suitable placements for children in care.
- Collaboration: Liaise with key stakeholders to create a cohesive approach to each child's care, promoting a seamless transition into their new placement.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of placements, ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are met and up-to-date.
To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in children's services, social work, or a related field. You must be dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and committed to supporting them through their care journey.
What We Offer- A competitive salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
