We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Embedded Software Group as a Level 6 Software Apprentice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in software engineering.

About the Role:

This is a highly competitive apprenticeship program that will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of software development, testing, and quality assurance. You will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams on research projects, contributing ideas and insights to drive innovation on client projects.

As a Software Apprentice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant code, performing tests to ensure high quality, and evaluating and modifying tests for continuous improvement. You will also develop skills in test automation and collaboration within a software engineering team.

Requirements:
  • A strong interest in software engineering and a desire to work on innovative projects.
  • An aptitude for learning new languages and frameworks.
  • Delivery-oriented mindset with the ability to carry out specific project tasks within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • A passion for technology, science, and design, and a desire to make a positive impact through your work.
