UK Market Expansion Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our UK team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that creates technology that makes a real difference in people's lives.
Key Accountabilities- To grow and develop a portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) clients in the UK market by understanding their needs and goals and identifying opportunities for growth.
- To maximise the expansion of your portfolio while minimising churn risks and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- To own and manage the renewal process for your portfolio of clients to ensure timely and profitable contract renewals.
- To gather customer feedback and use it to inform the development of our product roadmap.
- To possess fluent English language skills.
- To demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
