About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our UK team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that creates technology that makes a real difference in people's lives.

Key Accountabilities
  1. To grow and develop a portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) clients in the UK market by understanding their needs and goals and identifying opportunities for growth.
  2. To maximise the expansion of your portfolio while minimising churn risks and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. To own and manage the renewal process for your portfolio of clients to ensure timely and profitable contract renewals.
  4. To gather customer feedback and use it to inform the development of our product roadmap.
  5. To possess fluent English language skills.
  6. To demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
