Senior Manager of Strategy, D2C

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Strategy to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business growth. As a key member of our D2C team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive profitable growth, achieve customer and commercial objectives, and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement D2C growth strategies, aligned with our company's overall objectives and priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with our Product Divisions to understand their priorities and challenges, ensuring our D2C strategy supports their objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our D2C strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and project plans to ensure successful execution of D2C initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce strategy development and execution, with a strong understanding of digital commerce trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
