PMLD Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a special needs school in the Maidstone area, supporting secondary-aged students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to secondary-aged students with PMLD, assisting with learning and daily tasks.
* Offer personal care, including assistance with toileting and feeding, while ensuring the dignity and well-being of each student.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement personalised education plans (EHCPs) and manage behaviour effectively.
* Create a supportive, safe, and engaging environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
