Rikama Education Ltd. is a leading provider of education services, working in collaboration with special schools to deliver exceptional support to students with diverse needs.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a special school in Maidstone.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of students aged 4-19 with complex needs, including PMLD, ASD, and challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively support students on a one-to-one or small group basis.

The successful applicant will work closely with the school's Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to develop and implement individualised support plans, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging academic growth.

In return, Rikama Education offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.

Key responsibilities will include:
