About the Role

We are seeking a Trainee Behaviour Support Worker to join our team in Primary Schools across Kent. The successful candidate will support children with additional needs, including ASC, PMLD, MLD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. The role involves working in group and 1:1 settings with a range of ages and learning levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Support children with additional needs in a Primary School setting
- Work in group and 1:1 settings with children of varying ages and learning levels
- Adapt daily routines to meet the needs of individual children

Our Primary Schools are accessible by public transport and offer free parking on site. They support a diverse range of pupils with complex learning needs, social and emotional difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
