Senior Positive Behaviour Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team at Priory. As a key member of our Positive Behaviour Support Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and delivery of Positive Behaviour Support across designated regions.
- Provide supervision, leadership, and support to PBS Practitioners to manage and coordinate their workload.
- Enable site teams to implement positive approaches that improve wellbeing and quality of life for the people we support.
- Deliver PROACT-SCIPr-UK training and hold a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated history of providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism.
- Experience conducting behavioural assessments and developing interventions.
- History of delivering Positive Behaviour Support training.
