Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to students with Dementia and challenging behaviours.
- Assist with daily personal care needs.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to each student.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Personal Care, managing challenging behaviour.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and patient nature.
- You must have a British Passport and offer 5 days full-time.
