Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Back of House team and ensuring exceptional food quality and guest care and service. They will work closely with the Restaurant Management team to implement brand standards and policies, and will be expected to deliver industry-leading guest service.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, and have a full understanding of stock management and Gp% figures and controls. They will also be able to achieve the highest guest satisfaction by producing quality products and will work to brand standards for food and operations with the focus on the guest experience as top priority.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels within the kitchen
- Providing training to improve all team members and utilizing cross-training methods to maintain productivity and create an environment where your team can grow their knowledge
- Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to brand guidelines
- Managing stock levels and availability, and managing all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
