About the Role:

  • Job Summary: Coordinate the implementation of safety and wellbeing initiatives across the resort, working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and staff.
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures;
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers to ensure effective referral pathways;
  3. Maintain accurate records of incidents and accidents;
  4. Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff;
  5. Provide guidance and support to staff members on safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • A valid First Aid at Work qualification;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of patient interaction;
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical information in a clear and concise manner;
  • A full UK driving license (desirable).
