About the Role:
- Job Summary: Coordinate the implementation of safety and wellbeing initiatives across the resort, working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and staff.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures;
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers to ensure effective referral pathways;
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and accidents;
- Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff;
- Provide guidance and support to staff members on safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- A valid First Aid at Work qualification;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of patient interaction;
- An ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical information in a clear and concise manner;
- A full UK driving license (desirable).
