As an Associate People Development Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our managers and staff in their roles, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to deliver outstanding patient care. This involves:

  • Providing coaching and mentoring to help managers develop their leadership skills and confidence.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of training programs to enhance staff competence and capability.
  • Working closely with the People Partner and Divisional Head of People to develop and implement strategic workforce plans.
