Job Overview

CURE TALENT LIMITED seeks an experienced Process Safety Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, regulatory knowledge and risk management skills to develop safety strategies, assess potential hazards, influence change and ensure compliance with safety standards.

This position will take ownership of the process safety function for the site, setting standards and leading the creation and implementation of the process safety management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventing incidents such as fires, explosions, toxic releases and equipment failures by identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks associated with manufacturing, chemical and physical processes.

Key responsibilities include risk assessment and hazard identification, safety system design and implementation, regulatory compliance, process safety management and ethical accountability. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in process hazard analysis techniques, safety engineering principles and regulatory frameworks such as OSHA PSM, EPA RMP and ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. They should also have proven industrial experience in process safety within the pharmaceutical, oil & gas, petrochemical or chemical industries.
