Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our client's team in Crewe, Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safety-conscious culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety and previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics, warehousing, or distribution sectors. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and regulations is essential.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments, providing guidance and support to management and staff, and investigating and reporting accidents and incidents.
The salary for this role is up to £32,000 per annum, with a range of benefits including enhanced holidays, an attendance bonus, refer-a-friend scheme, sick pay scheme, and company pension scheme.
