About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pharmacy Homecare Specialist. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to support our Homecare services in a hospital pharmacy setting.

As a Pharmacy Homecare Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating Homecare processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, safe working systems, and the legal framework for the Supply of Medicines. This includes maintaining EMIS drug files, managing electronic archiving of Homecare documentation, and supporting patient transitions when new contracts are awarded.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, with a national BTEC or NVQ3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or equivalent) and registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Proven experience in a hospital pharmacy, current CPD, and recent demonstrable experience within pharmacy practice are essential requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
