Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Homecare Pharmacy Technician Lead to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a key member of our Homecare team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Homecare services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will work closely with our senior pharmacy team to manage and resolve incidents and complaints, maintain accurate records, and support the management of Senior Pharmacy Support Assistants (SPSAs) in day-to-day work and training. You will also ensure compliance with BlueTeq requirements as part of the Homecare process.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in pharmacy practice, with a national BTEC or NVQ3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or equivalent) and registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You will also need to have current CPD and recent demonstrable experience within pharmacy practice.

We offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
