We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCPC registered clinical or counselling psychologist to join our team at The Chelsea Psychology Clinic (TCPC).

The successful candidate will provide a specialist psychology service to clients from diverse backgrounds, presenting with a range of difficulties as typically seen in primary care settings. They will offer assessment, formulation, and evidence-based intervention, utilizing specialist therapy skills to deliver individual interventions adapted flexibly and creatively for adults with mental health needs.

Key responsibilities include working with clients aged 18+ in NHS or private mental health settings, with a focus on complex presentations and neurodevelopmental conditions. Experience and training in Schema Therapy, DBT, EMDR, and Couples Therapy would be an advantage.

The post-holder will be expected to see a set number of clients per week at suitable clinic times, with a minimum of 1 evening clinic per week. Monthly supervision, peer groups, team meetings, and quarterly events will be provided to support professional development and team connection.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 – £75,000 pro rata, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, pension, supervision, and CPD opportunities.

Accountable to the Directors of Clinical Services, the post-holder will be required to work at an Enhanced Level of Disclosure CRB Check.
