Autism Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Adult Autism Practitioner to join our team as a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) specialist. In this role, you will work with individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) to develop personalised plans, promoting independence and life skills.
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a deep understanding of PBS principles and practices. As a PBS specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behaviour support plans, conducting functional behaviour assessments, and providing staff training.
The ideal candidate will have a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support, such as a BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities or an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis. You will also need to be qualified or willing to work towards Instructor Level of PROACT SCIP - UK.
A salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum reflects the expertise and qualifications required for this role. Benefits include comprehensive training, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
