Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Priory Adult Care. In this rewarding role, you will work as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (PBS) in community settings, promoting self-management and empowerment for independent living.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing personalised support plans, promoting independence and life skills. This includes using PROACT-SCIPr-UK in areas such as staff training and development, functional behaviour assessment, behaviour support planning, BSP implementation, and incident analysis and debrief.

A successful applicant will have a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support and/or Applied Behaviour Analysis. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
