Rapid Response Care Professional

At Phoenix Healthcare, we are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Professional to join our team. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in providing high-quality care to service users across various settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a rotational rota, covering days and nights, 7 days a week. They must be able to travel up to 100 miles from their home postcode, with mileage paid at a rate of 0.32p per mile.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work under your own initiative, making quick decisions to provide timely support to service users. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of training programs.
We offer a competitive salary of £16.50 per hour, along with a guaranteed 32-hour retainer, regardless of the number of shifts worked. Our benefits package includes enrollment in a pension scheme, uniforms provided, and career progression opportunities.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in the care sector, a full clean driving license, and access to their own vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
