**Residential Senior Care Assistant - Full Time**

**Meadowyrthe **are recruiting a Senior care assistant to work within a busy dementia care home. _**(Shift patterns 7am -2.30pm and 2.30pm - 10pm, alternate weekends)**_

We are looking for an experienced Senior care assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of professionals to achieve the company's goals.
- Ensure service users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor team performance and progress.
- Motivate team members to reach their full potential.
- Work in cooperation with members of multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage team resources effectively.
- Communicate with other departments and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **A least one year of care experience in the UK.**:

- A strong desire to care for people
- Alternate weekend availability is required
