Experienced Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our Independent Living Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to young people aged 16+ under Local Authority Care, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide bespoke support packages to meet the unique needs of each young person, focusing on enhancing their independence skills and promoting their well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective handovers.
- Document notes accurately on our computer system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge, sharing best practices and innovative approaches to support delivery.
- A competitive salary of £24,725 per year (BAND C), with part-time options available.
