Experienced Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced support worker to join our Independent Living Services Team in Gloucestershire. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing bespoke support packages to young people aged 16+ under Local Authority Care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide positive support and empower young people to develop independent living skills
- Re-enforce and establish high standards of support in new placements
- Accurately document notes and ensure seamless communication with support staff
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach
- Have a resilient nature and ability to keep a positive mindset in challenging situations
