Support Worker Opportunity

Prospero Health and Social Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs, including emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general support to children and young people, including 1:1 support and support in the community.
  • Help young people live a fun and fulfilling life, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a support work or care environment.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, including Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Prevention, and Equality and Diversity.
  • Safeguarding training is essential.
  • Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 (desirable but not essential).
