You will also be responsible for promoting independence, developing life skills, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs

- Ensure the safety and well-being of service users
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about providing high-quality support, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. You will also need to have a driving license and be able to complete manual handling tasks.
