Children Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children Support Worker to join our team. As a Children Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in a residential setting
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of children and young people
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans and strategies to meet the individual needs of children and young people
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals
- Knowledge of child development and the needs of vulnerable children and young people
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
