Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned social worker with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and families. As a Team Manager, you will lead and support a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services, ensuring statutory duties and best practices are followed. Your role will involve developing a team plan in line with Children's Services strategic objectives, providing management oversight on all cases, and contributing to the development of the quality assurance framework.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes systemic social work practice and relational approaches to working with families. You will work closely with colleagues to provide support and protection for vulnerable children and young people across the County. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognized qualification in Social Work, Social Work England registration, and a full driving license.

About You


As a seasoned social worker, you will need to have a recognized qualification in Social Work, Social Work England registration, and a full driving license. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to fulfill all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in fluent English.
