Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing effective supervision and leadership to a team of Support Workers, promoting positive outcomes for disabled individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Support Workers to ensure high-quality care and support services are delivered.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans to meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve maximum independence for our customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in on-call rota and be flexible to work within rostered hours.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ/SVQ level 3 or L4 NVQ/SVQ).
  • Experience in supervising a team and working within a care setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
