Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily needs of children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional and practical support to young people, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Engage in activities that foster a sense of belonging and community, such as weekend trips and outings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the safety and protection of young people, adhering to care plans and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, understanding their unique needs and interests.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children or in a similar social care setting.
  • A valid UK driving license and Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • The right to work in the UK and a strong commitment to upholding the values of Vetro Recruitment.
