About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team at a fantastic special school based in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have a wide range of learning difficulties, from moderate to profound. The role involves supporting students aged 2-19 across multiple classes, requiring flexibility, resilience, patience and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
