Job Title: Psychology Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Support Worker to join our team at Long-Term Teachers Limited. As a Psychology Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a psychology student or graduate to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our team to provide individualized support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the needs of each pupil
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
  • Use your initiative to adapt activities and strategies to meet the needs of each pupil
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment

Requirements:
