About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Psychology Support Worker. As a Psychology Support Worker, you will work closely with young pupils who require additional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of each pupil
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
  • Use your initiative to adapt activities and resources to meet the diverse needs of pupils
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and families to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of support and intervention programs for SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
