About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives
  • Assist with daily activities, personal care, and medication management
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
Requirements
  • Passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of learning disabilities and complex needs (training provided)
  • Valid driving license (desirable)
