What We Offer- Competitive Compensation: £30,672 to £31,294 per annum* based on experience and qualifications

- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (highly desirable) or a willingness to pursue this qualification upon employment.
- Experience working in a children's home setting (highly desirable).
- Genuine passion for nurturing and supporting young people.
- Flexibility to work 24 to 48 hour shift patterns, including sleep-in shifts. Rotas are provided in advance, typically following a 2 on 4 off schedule.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations.
Successful employment is contingent upon satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work verification, and reference checks in accordance with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices. Esland will cover all associated costs.
