Job Opportunity: Residential Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Support children and young people in their daily routines, including education, leisure activities, and personal care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a residential childcare environment (desirable).
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
