Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting, promoting their physical, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Level 3/4 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Full Driving Licence preferred.
