We're looking for a talented Retail Business Development Manager to join our team at Entain. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits such as optional overtime, pension scheme, annual ShareSave, discounts with hundreds of retailers, and healthcare and wellbeing support.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and development opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
  • • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
  • • Maintain high shop standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
  • • Identify and address customer complaints and issues, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
