Job Title: Part Time Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part Time Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to students in the Hillingdon Borough.

Job Summary:

This is a Part Time teaching role that involves covering sickness, teaching all pupils in your class according to the National curriculum, and targeting and adapting the lesson to the specific needs of each child. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing all records and assessments determined by the school's policy, making use of ICT to enhance understanding of tasks and lessons, and organizing resources for the subject/area so that they are accessible, orderly, well labelled and appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Covering Sickness: The successful candidate will be responsible for covering sickness in the school, which may involve teaching classes on short notice.
  • Teaching all pupils in your class according to the National curriculum: The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching all pupils in their class, following the National curriculum.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teaching status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience in a variety of age groups.
  • A good understanding of the curriculum and behavioural management techniques.
  • Reliable.

  • IT competent.
  • Presentable and professional.
