About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our team at FGH (Freemans Grattan Holdings). As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing programme for our homes and electricals categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan that drives sales and revenue growth for our homes and electricals categories.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing spend and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the media team to secure partnerships and negotiate media deals that support our marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our marketing strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and FCA Conduct Rules.
  • Embed a customer-centric approach in all marketing activities, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

About You

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of the retail industry and the ability to identify commercial opportunities.
