We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with central menu changes and maintain high standards of food safety
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional culinary results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commis or Chef De Partie in a high-volume operation
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
