Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Three Joes. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and leading your own shifts in a professional and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations

  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and conduct weekly inventory counts

  • Train and develop junior chefs on menu specifications and kitchen procedures

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to quality

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
