We are seeking an Experienced Home Manager to join our team at Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our Group Home or apartment program, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Supervising Direct Support Professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional care.
  • Managing all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, time sheets, and reconciliation forms.
  • Communicating effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated annual salary of $47,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
  • The opportunity to pursue a Master's degree in Human Services & Management at McDaniel College, with 100% tuition coverage.
  • A shared apartment, utilities included, and access to a personal vehicle.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  • A valid United States driver's license with no more than three points.
  • A personal cell phone.
