You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that you provide tailored support that meets their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assist with housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Support our clients with dementia-related tasks, such as memory aids and communication strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in care work, preferably in a live-in setting
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
