**Job Title:** Home care assistant in Central London

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a home care assistant in Central London. As a home care assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and companionship they need to remain independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities
  • Providing companionship and social interaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate between £13.50 and £14.50
  • The opportunity to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Estimated Salary: £27,600 - £32,400 per annum (based on 20-25 hours per week)
