DT Technician

We are recruiting for a DT Technician to work in a top-performing secondary school in Central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the school's DT facilities, ensuring they are safe and suitable for students to learn and create.
This role involves working closely with the DT Department to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students, as well as providing technical support for staff and students. This includes operating equipment, maintaining tools and machinery, and ensuring the department has the necessary resources to achieve its goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing DT equipment and machinery
- Ensuring the department has the necessary resources to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Providing technical support for staff and students
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. A willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines is also essential.
This position offers a competitive salary of £120-180 per day, reflecting the level of expertise required and the importance of this role in supporting student success.
