**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Officer to support the work of Council Committees by planning agendas, preparing papers, managing the circulation of papers, preparing briefs for Committee Chairs, taking minutes of meetings, and monitoring actions arising from meetings to ensure the smoothest possible transition to new governance arrangements at the University.

This is a full-time role but part-time (0.5 FTE) options may be available. You will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills as the key relationships are with very senior people, i.e., independent Council members and the University's senior team.
