Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our First Response Service, providing mental health support to individuals of all ages experiencing a crisis.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate shifts and allocate work to the team, ensuring effective crisis management and support.
- Conduct telephone triage and community face-to-face assessments, providing expert advice and guidance to team members.
- Develop and implement brief clinical risk assessments, mental health formulations, and contingency plans for individuals in crisis.
- Liaise with other professionals and agencies, including emergency services, GPs, and local authorities, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Work closely with mental health services, including secondary care teams, primary care mental health, and acute/crisis services, to provide comprehensive support.
- Implement solution-focused interventions to empower patients, carers, and families in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the team to develop safe and appropriate care plans, utilizing strong communication and assessment skills.
