Lead Paediatric Audiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Audiologist to lead our Audiology Service in North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and management of our Paediatric Audiology Service, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- To lead the Paediatric Audiology Service across the Trust, providing clinical leadership and management of the service.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- To provide expert clinical advice and guidance to colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- To manage and develop the skills and knowledge of the Paediatric Audiology team.
- To ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
