About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are available to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away
  • Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and placed on sales floors or in stockrooms correctly
  • Maintain operational areas of the store in a clean, tidy, and organized state
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers

  • You're a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even in busy situations
  • You're accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • You take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm
  • You're happy to work independently and manage your own workload
